Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, my company is a fully insured company through State Farm Insurance with a $2 million liability insurance policy to protect my customers.

Q: Do you do the work yourself, or do you hire subcontractors?

A: I prefer to do all the work myselfow. However, on certain occasions I may bring in a few trusted workers to work with me. I am compelled to be involved on every job to insure the quality of work that the customers and I expect.

Q: I have heard horror stories of contractors not completing jobs. What makes you different?

A: I was raised in Granville, my wife and I graduated from GHS, and my kids currently attend high school here. I am rooted here and take great pride in serving this community, and building a reputable, long-lasting company. This is achieved by my total customer satisfaction policy: you don't pay until you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy, I come back until you are.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: Preferably. In most cases an e-mail acceptance is sufficient to put you on my schedule. However, I believe it is good business practice to make sure that you understand what work you are receiving for your money. I will provide a contract with every estimate for you to sign if you desire.

Q: What paint does Jeff Frahn Painting use?

A: I prefer to use top of the line, quality, paints from Sherwin-Williams. However, I am open to using any other quality brand paints that you may request. The majority of the cost of a painting project is in the labor, not the paint. It does not pay to use sub-quality paint. It does not increase the cost of a paint job that much by using a better quality paint. You will have a longer lasting, more durable paint job.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes. I accept all major credit cards. However my preferred methods of payment are cash or check. There may be a processing fee when paying by credit card.
